Shipping policy

Time

All products are made by hand and to order in our London studio so for jackets we normally ask for 2 week to fulfil an order. Some jackets are pre-produced so shipping will be quicker. Sometimes the production time may be longer (complex item, multiple items etc) but we will let you know if this is the case. 

In very rare cases we may not have a leather in stock and it can take 4-6 weeks to acquire the leather. We will always let you know if this is the case and offer the option of a refund.

Shipping takes 2-7 days depending on where you are in the world. The closer you are to the UK, the quicker shipping will be. We generally ship express tracked with major carriers. 

Duty

For orders outside the UK you may have to pay local import duties and taxes. We cannot declared goods with a price lower than the purchase price.
